Cirquel Design & Development LLC is owned and operated by Linda C. Schenk. Established in 1998, Cirquel Design specializes in graphic design and programming services.

Linda can work solo on projects, or assemble a team of valued specialists for each project, based upon your company's needs. A team member might assist with one small part, or be a key resource throughout the entire process. Linda will be your point of contact for all of these services. In addition to my design & usability skills, I have extensive web production experience. I have developed the front-end programming of websites using HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, web standards and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques. I have an intensive knowledge of software, production methods, cross-platform development, and browser issues.

I have completed projects for companies of all sizes in a variety of industries. I spent 3 years in Silicon Valley working with various high tech companies. Being at center of the Internet boom has given me a unique knowledge of what makes a successful website. I have also worked with several major hospitals, universities, banks and a major lobbying group in DC. Freelance projects range from small businesses and non-profits to large media companies.

No matter what your location or size of your business, Cirquel Design can help your business succeed. Although my business is based in Baltimore, MD, and I have clients on both the West and East Coasts.

My experience also includes project management and bridging the gap between clients and back-end developers. I have the ability to explain tech talk to non-techies, as well as to talk tech with software engineers.

I pride in the fact that many of my clients are from direct referrals or previous working relationships. I am self-motivated and reliable, and work well remotely, under pressure and on deadline. I enjoy working with a variety of people, and have a great attitude.
