6: More Header Tabs

Fatbrain with the Maximum of tabs. As you can guess we were about to run into a space problem if we added any more Subjects. The textures behind the tabs were also flatten out some for better optimization. A right hand table was added for more navigational links. Rotating promotional graphics would go in the top left navigation space. This is the homepage of the website and also the homepage for the Computing subject.
